RAIN!

 The blue sky evening rain, 

A warm hug like the first sip of hot tea, 

as I walked down the lone street 

recalling our moments together,

call it destiny or doom 

it was raining of warmth when we met for the first time,

as we got lost in its flow 

how beautiful was that moment,

in the narrow lane, how it clattered along the roof,

drop after drop, there still felt silence in the air 

drenched in tenderness, you took my breath away

I still recollect those memories, as I cry in the rain now,

trying to make the pain flow away.
